Aaron Brewer

Aaron joined Plains Land Bank in 2017. Prior to joining the team, he worked at a title company in Dumas, TX. Originally from Dalhart, Texas, Aaron pursued his education at Amarillo College. Aaron and his wife, Jerilyn, have two kids, Brianne and Cole. Aaron enjoys spending time with his family, sports, hunting and assisting people in achieving their dream of Own a Piece of Texas!

Becca Barrientos

Becca joined Plains Land Bank in 2023, bringing seven years of experience in accounting and finance within the financial services industry. She graduated from West Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master of Professional Accounting. Becca is passionate about the foster care system and making a positive change in the community. She and her husband, Trey, enjoy traveling with their daughter.

Gina Steinbock

Gina started her career with Plains Land Bank in 2019 after working the in the wealth management industry for several years. She graduated from Texas State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration-Finance. Gina and her husband Brock, enjoy spending time outdoors and on the farm with their son, Tripp.

Heather Woolley

Heather Woolley graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.B.A. in Management with a specialization in Psychology from Angelo State University.  She is an accomplished Human Resources professional with over 25 years’ experience with many professional designations and certifications.  Heather actively contributes to the local HR community serving as Board Member, Treasurer for the local SHRM chapter, PHRA.  She and her husband Tim love watching their one daughter, Jaedyn, play volleyball for the ASU Belles.  As a family, they enjoy traveling adventures.

Lisa Martinez

Lisa joined Plains Land Bank in 2023, bringing nine years of experience in the banking industry. Raised in Lubbock, Texas, she earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from West Texas A&M University. Lisa and her husband, Joe, enjoy traveling and spending time with their family.

Noemi McLaughlin

Noemi McLaughlin began her career with Plains Land Bank in 2016 and has served in various accounting roles over the last six years. She graduated from Amarillo College where she studied General Studies. Noemi grew up in Perryton, Texas, where her father raises Mexican cattle. Noemi and her husband Amos, enjoy supporting local music and artists.

Reagan Lucia

Reagan began his career with Plains Land Bank in 2019. He graduated from Lubbock Christian University with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Reagan and his wife, Audra, enjoy spending time with family and friends, as well as exploring the outdoors.
