Plains Land Bank is pleased to announce the results of the 2024 Board of Director elections. Following the Plains Land Bank Annual Stockholder’s Meeting held on Thursday, April 25, mail-in ballots were mailed to all designated voters on Thursday, May 9.
Eligible Voters: 1,149
The election has successfully concluded with the following individuals elected or re-elected to the Board of Directors:
Place VII: Briscoe & Floyd Counties, on the Caprock:
Winner -Tie, resulting in a runoff election
Place VIII: Motley County, that portion of Hall County in our territory, and all that portion of Floyd & Briscoe Counties, east of the Caprock:
Winner -Walter “Rusty” Henson
Place IX: Entire Association -Chartered Territory (16 ¼ Counties):
Winner -Ryan T. Berry
Place VII: Runoff Election
In the interest of fairness and transparency, we are conducting a runoff election, a crucial step to determine the outcome. New ballots will be sent out shortly to all eligible voting members. We encourage everyone to participate in this important process to ensure that your voices are heard and represented.

- Check Your Mail: Please keep an eye out for your new ballot which will be mailed to the address we have on file.
- Submit Your Vote: Follow the instructions provided with your ballot to ensure your vote is counted.
- Deadline: Make sure your completed ballot is received by July 23, 2024, so that it is included in the final count.
