Mandy began her career in finance back in 2002, and her wealth of experience has made her an invaluable asset to our team and our stockholders. Born and raised in Sweetwater, Texas, Mandy brings a genuine understanding of rural life and the unique challenges faced by farmers and ranchers in our region.
With a background in commercial banking and real estate, she offers a well-rounded perspective on financial services. She joined the Plains Land Bank team in 2017. Since then, Mandy has deepened her expertise in agricultural financing, growing invaluable relationships with the people in her community. “As a loan officer, I have gained significant insights into agricultural financing, risk management, and the distinctive challenges that farmers and ranchers encounter,” says Mandy.
